Yasmina Alaoui

Moroccan and French artist Yasmina Alaoui studied Fine Arts at the Carousel du Louvre in Paris. She went on to study Sculpture at College of William and Mary in the USA, where she currently resides, in New York. Her work tackles themes of multiculturalism and identity, incorporating a wide range of techniques and textures into her body of work. A multidisciplinary artist, Alaoui has worked with photography, sculpture, drawing, film, and music. Most notably, she was awarded a prize for Cultural Diversity at the Dakar Biennial in 2018.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was born in 1949 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He proceeded to become the ruler of Dubai, and the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE in 2006. However, His Highness has been initiating projects aimed at the prosperity of Dubai and its people since his appointment as the Crown Prince of Dubai in 1995.
