Ziad Dalloul

Based in Paris since the 1980s, Ziad Dalloul is one of Syria’s leading artists. His oeuvre includes paintings and etchings, and he is best known for his depictions. The landscapes in his work are associated with his homeland of Syria. He furthered his studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus, from which he graduated in 1977 and went on to attend the National School of Decorative Arts in Paris.
