Mojgan Endjavi-Barbé grew up surrounded by academics, writers, and artists, which ignited her passion for arts and culture. Influenced by family friends like Houshang Pezeshknia, whose home was her first museum, she pursued her love for art despite studying Political Science in the US. Her sister’s time at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris deepened her connection to the art world, and for 42 years, Morgan has been collecting works across Paris, Japan, the UK, and Switzerland. She has always sought to connect with artists personally, listening to their stories and understanding their visions.
Art collecting is not just a hobby for Mojgan; it’s a driving force to uncover and preserve hidden treasures. She is drawn to works that tell stories, spark imagination, and inspire wonder. Each piece reflects her passions and values, offering a tangible connection to the artist’s vision and the beauty of everyday life. Through this collection, Mojgan shares a glimpse of her journey and the deeper narratives of time, society, and events.
