Adam Henein

Born in 1929, Adam Henein lived and worked in Cairo and Aswan. Known as one of Egypt's most prominent sculptors, Henein distinguishes himself  with his body of work, that draws together universal themes with references to Egyptian icons like pyramids and hieroglyphs.

Saleh and Hala Barakat

Saleh Barakat is a Lebanese modern Arab art expert, gallery owner and curator. He founded two of the leading galleries in Beirut, Agial (established in 1991) and one with his name (established in 2016) and is an avid collector of Modern and Contemporary Arab art alongside his wife, Hala. who is a ceramist and has established a ceramic workshop called Namika Atelier.
